Will my Camcorder record my TV Screen?

Abel Adger: That camcorder only has TV OUT Format: NTSC / PAL. In the USA it is nearly impossible to buy a camcorder that will record directly off TV programing due to laws against that kind of recording. Check with sources outside the US.
