Even if this were real (which I doubt) the reader would need MUCH more information such as type of machine, model, and other important answers such as Is it plugged in? Have you tried anything as of yet that has faile! d to work? I fear that if you cannot turn the machine on it wo! uld probably be best that you put it back in the box and bring it back to wherever you got it.
