We have nothing compared to the Saudi weddings! the women- the bride as well as the guests are always stuningly beautiful with gowns that make you feel like you are in a fairy tale! They dance and party til the wee hours of the morning and sometimes beyond! It is extremely lavish. Everyone must experience at least one Saudi wedding. However, once the bride has entered, her groom and her male family members do come into the women's side briefly to greet the bride. Lashawnd! a Anteby: well sweetie , our weddings are separated there's a ballroom for men and a ballroom for women . so since there r no men we don't have to be covered from head to toe . lol. so other than that its separated , were like any other weddings , the bride wears a white gown with make up and jewelery , and the guests wear dresses with make up and jewelery to . theres catering , music , and everything else .. :) , hope ive helped :) ... umm but i have a Q. though since ur a muslim u most know that all muslims cover the same way .. so what do u do in ur weddings in india if the bride wears hijab ? Heres what our weddings are like:HUGE dinner(seperated --man and women by themselves)...prior to engagement partyEngagement partyhouse party before the wedding.(ALL THESE DAYS are only women....no! men allowedWEDDING DAY: the men are separate from the women (! two different rooms) the bridesmates and their husbands walk in in pairs. the bride then walks in with her dress comes in with her hair uncovered.....its basically just a normal wedding. unless there are strange men in the room, a women must not reveal her beauty....Show more

Same as people from bangladesh. we dnt have to worry about being covered from head to toe. we can wear what ever we want. so its really different from Saudi Arabia.
