Which of the following would provide the best plan for lifelong fitness?

Marita Stadick: Basketball and tennis require other people, and as we get older, it gets harder and harder to find these other people, busy with their own lives. Jogging is a better choice for the simple reason that you can do it alone, at whatever time you feel like too.However, running is hard on the knees, ankles and hips because of the high impact created during running. Many joggers have to give it up because of this.Swimming, walking and cycling are low-impact forms of exercise, and would be better choices for lifetime fitness. Best of luck to you....Show more
