Terrell Lawman: Unless you have access to a gym or somebody with calipers or impedence machines, you'll have to use circumference measures. You can use the navy standards found at the link below. You will need a tape measure and accurate weight and height. Once you have %fat, subtract that from your total wt for lean body mass.
Marna Liddie: There is no absolute way but being weighed while suspended in water is the most accurate. There are also medical imaging devices that work well.
