Francis Stickle: No. Most companies that make airplanes are stockholder owned corporations.

Madlyn Fallis: Skunk Works was a design group within Lockheed Martin. Northrup Grumman makes civilian aircraft, as well as spacecraft. The only company I know of that makes a military aircraft exclusively is General Atomics, who make the MQ-1A Predator UAV.
