Even for people of your age, only criminals have DNA entered into the database without permission. if you already had one or two suspects of paternity then having DNA samples of each would confirm or deny a connection. That supposes that DNA could even be obtained at this late juncture. Most genealogy DNA testing is simply to determine ancestral roots, for example where the family immigrated from, say northern Europe, or Asia.
