Raleigh Lufkin: My perception of visual art is that it can complement and invigorate cognitive skill sets to a degree.However, visual art is not a primary cognitive initiator or replicator, imho.I will say that visual arts can provide a richness and deepness to the life experience and I am not denigrating its usefulness in any manner.I just believe that other cognitive aspects are far more important....Show more
